TC & Friends have worked with long-time friend Steven Learner and the team at Di Donna Galleries on the graphic identity for ‘ROCK/PAPER/SCISSORS’, an exhibition presenting the best in Fine Art and Design objects.
Displayed in a pseudo-domestic setting, the exhibition explores work surrounding the narratives of stone, metal and paper. The assembled objects emphasise their respective materiality and celebrate the playful, often intricate artistic techniques employed in their creation — including paper collage, carved stone, and manipulated metal fabrications.
TC & Friends were enlisted to provide a graphic logo lockup, resulting in a bold visual identity taking inspiration from the popular hand game.
The exhibition includes works from artists such as: Alma Allen, Jean (Hans) Arp, Alexander Calder, Tara Donovan, Jean Dubuffet, Lucio Fontana, Frank Gehry, Rogan Gregory, Keith Haring, David Hockney, Yayoi Kusama, Alicja Kwade, Sol LeWitt, Isamu Noguchi, Claes Oldenburg, Rick Owens, Man Ray, Ed Ruscha, Faye Toogood, Victor Vasarely, Andy Warhol, and more.
